1. About these terms

Ninotronix is an individually operated careers and technology website at ninotronix.com. References to “Ninotronix”, “we” and “us” refer to the website operator.

Please read these terms before creating an account, uploading content or using website features. If you do not agree to the conditions for a feature, do not use that feature.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Our Disclaimer explains limitations of job information and career tools. Acceptance of terms is not a substitute for separate privacy consent where required.

2. Accounts and your information

Signup collects your name, email address and phone number. Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date where the relevant controls are available, or contact support for assistance.

Protect your sign-in credentials and do not impersonate another person or use an account without authorisation. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Use the service only where you are permitted to do so under applicable law. If parental or guardian permission is required for your use, obtain it before submitting personal information.

3. Job listings and applications

Job listings are provided for information. Employers control job availability, eligibility, application procedures, interview selection and hiring decisions.

Verify important details on the employer’s application page before applying. A listing does not guarantee that a vacancy remains open or that an application will result in an interview or employment.

Mentioning an employer, displaying its logo or linking to a vacancy does not by itself imply a partnership or endorsement.

4. Resumes and other submissions

Submit only information and materials you are entitled to provide. Keep resume details accurate and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information or another person’s private information without permission.

You retain your rights in the materials you submit. By submitting a resume or other material for a requested feature, you authorise the handling needed to provide that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership of your resume to us.

Where a feature allows you to submit material for public display, submit only material you intend to make public. A private resume upload is not, by itself, permission to publish that resume publicly.

5. AI-assisted resume analysis

Our resume-analysis feature sends your submitted resume to OpenAI for processing. This includes personal information contained in the document.

If you do not want your resume sent to OpenAI, do not submit it for analysis. Read the Privacy Policy before using the feature.

AI feedback can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review suggestions before using them and do not add false qualifications or experience to your resume.

A score or recommendation is not a recruiter’s decision, a universal assessment of applicant tracking systems, or a guarantee of an interview or job offer.

6. Acceptable use

When using Ninotronix, do not:

• Submit fraudulent job listings, misleading applications or material that impersonates another person or organisation.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to access accounts, systems or information without authorisation.
• Harass others, send spam or misuse contact and submission features.
• Publish private information without permission or infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with website operation, evade access controls or use automation in a way that disrupts the service.

7. Career and learning resources

Learning material, interview questions and technical examples support preparation. They do not guarantee particular interview questions, certification results or employment outcomes.

Review technical examples for your environment before using them. Clearly labelled demonstrations and sample roles should not be treated as live vacancies or personalised results.

8. Intellectual property

Respect copyright, trademarks and other rights in website content and third-party material. Do not reproduce or distribute protected material without permission unless applicable law permits it.

Company names and marks remain associated with their respective owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, send the page URL and supporting details to support@ninotronix.com.

9. Fees and advertising

Ninotronix currently does not offer paid services, sponsored job listings or affiliate links. Third-party display advertisements may appear separately from editorial content.

Advertising does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser or its claims. Any purchase or interaction with an external advertiser is subject to that provider’s terms.

If paid features are introduced, their prices and applicable payment, cancellation and refund conditions must be presented before a purchase. These terms do not authorise an undisclosed future charge.

10. External websites

Employer application pages and other external websites operate independently. Review their terms and privacy notices before providing personal information or completing an application.

Ninotronix does not control those websites’ availability, content or decisions.

11. Availability and account restrictions

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Uninterrupted access and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Any restriction should be proportionate to the issue. You can contact support to ask about or challenge a restriction affecting your account.

12. Closing your account or requesting deletion

You may stop using Ninotronix and request deletion of your account information or stored resume by emailing support@ninotronix.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

Where possible, use your registered email address and describe what you want deleted. Account ownership may need to be verified. See our Privacy Policy for information about deletion scope and provider records.

13. Rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and privacy protections.

If you have a concern, you can contact us with the relevant details so it can be investigated. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any complaint process or legal remedy available under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as features or operating arrangements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.

Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated as required by applicable law. Separate agreement will be sought where required; publishing updated text does not replace that requirement.
