Editorial & Corrections Policy
This policy sets out the standards for job listings, career resources and corrections on Ninotronix. Our focus is useful information, clear sourcing and honest presentation.
Last updated:
1. Purpose and editorial responsibility
Ninotronix is independently operated by an individual. Its editorial focus is IT opportunities and career preparation for freshers and experienced professionals.
These standards apply to job listings, learning material, interview resources and promotional descriptions of website features. Editorial responsibility rests with the website operator.
2. Sources and job information
Our standard is to prefer original employer career pages and identifiable hiring sources. Listings should provide a source or application link where available so readers can check the underlying opportunity.
- Job titles, employer names, locations and experience requirements should accurately reflect the source.
- Salary, eligibility and deadlines should not be invented when the source does not provide them.
- Missing or uncertain details should be identified rather than presented as verified facts.
- A company name or logo should not be used to imply an unconfirmed partnership or endorsement.
A source link is not a guarantee that a vacancy remains open. Applicants should confirm current details on the employer’s application page.
3. Dates, updates and expired jobs
An employer’s posting date, the date a listing was added to Ninotronix and the date it was checked are different events. Labels should distinguish these dates whenever they are displayed.
Republishing or refreshing a page should not make an unchanged, older vacancy appear newly posted by the employer.
When a vacancy is confirmed closed, the appropriate action is to mark it as expired or remove the listing. Associated job structured data should also reflect that change.
4. Original content and attribution
Career resources should provide useful explanations, practical examples or meaningful context. Copying another publisher’s work or making minor wording changes does not make that work original.
Sources should be credited where material relies on external documentation, research or published guidance. Attribution does not replace permission where permission is required.
Author names, qualifications, experience and reviewer credits must be accurate. Content should not claim expert review or firsthand experience that did not occur.
5. Technical and interview resources
Technical examples should explain relevant assumptions, requirements and limitations. Examples should not be described as tested unless they have actually been tested.
Practice questions should be identified as practice material. Claims that a particular company asked a question should have a reliable basis.
Educational resources do not guarantee interview success, certification results or employment.
6. AI assistance and illustrative content
Ninotronix uses OpenAI for its resume-analysis feature. Feedback from that feature is AI-generated and should not be understood as a human recruiter’s assessment or a hiring decision.
For public editorial content, AI-generated text is not evidence that a fact is correct, code works or a vacancy is live. If AI is used to help prepare such content, factual claims should be checked against reliable sources before publication.
Human-review labels should only be used when an actual person has performed the stated review. Sample roles, demonstration scores and tool previews should be clearly distinguished from live opportunities and individual user results.
7. Advertising and commercial transparency
Ninotronix currently does not offer paid services, sponsored job listings or affiliate links. Third-party display advertisements, when shown, are separate from editorial content.
Ads should not be presented as editorial recommendations or disguised as job application buttons. Their presence does not mean Ninotronix endorses an advertiser or its claims.
If sponsored or affiliate arrangements are introduced, the relevant content should clearly disclose the relationship and this policy should be updated.
8. Corrections and content concerns
Readers can report inaccurate information, expired jobs, misleading links or concerns about attribution by emailing support@ninotronix.com .
Please include:
- The full URL of the affected Ninotronix page.
- The specific detail that appears incorrect.
- A supporting source or explanation, where available.
The correction standard is to assess the report against available evidence and make an appropriate update, clarification or removal when an error is established. A report does not automatically establish that a claim is incorrect.
Substantive corrections to editorial articles should include a short note explaining the change. Minor spelling or formatting fixes do not require a separate correction note.
Review time depends on the issue and available evidence; no fixed response or resolution time is promised.
9. Policy updates
This policy may change as website features and publishing practices develop. The date at the top identifies the latest revision of this policy, not the verification date of individual job listings.
