1. About this website
Ninotronix is an individually operated careers and technology website available at ninotronix.com. This notice covers information handled through our website and its features.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@ninotronix.com .
2. Information you provide
Signup information
During signup, we collect your name, email address and phone number. These details support account creation, account identification and relevant support.
Uploaded resumes
We collect and store resumes that you upload. Depending on what you include, a resume may contain contact details, education, employment history, skills, qualifications and other personal information.
Messages and support requests
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond to enquiries and investigate reported issues.
3. Resume analysis using OpenAI
When you use the resume-analysis feature, your full submitted resume is sent to OpenAI for processing. This includes personal information present in the document; it should not be assumed to be anonymised.
The purpose of this transfer is to generate resume analysis and feedback. If you do not want your resume sent to OpenAI, do not submit it for AI analysis.
OpenAI’s handling of submitted information depends on the service, applicable agreements and configuration used. This notice does not promise that OpenAI retains information for a particular period or that every OpenAI service has the same training and data-use rules.
Provider information is available through OpenAI’s policies . For questions about the integration used by Ninotronix, contact us before submitting a resume.
AI feedback can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it; it is not an employer’s assessment or a hiring decision.
4. Technical information and analytics
Website hosting and connected services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic information.
Our website includes Google Analytics to help understand website visits and interactions. It also includes Google Tag Manager, which manages website tags. Collection through individual tags depends on their configuration.

5. How information is used
- To create and support user accounts.
- To store uploaded resumes and provide requested analysis.
- To respond to enquiries and correction requests.
- To diagnose website issues and understand website usage.
- To support advertising and measurement where those services operate.
- To handle privacy and deletion requests.
Reading this policy or using the website does not by itself constitute consent to every processing activity. Where applicable law requires separate consent or another legal basis, this notice is not a substitute for it.
6. Advertising and cookies
The website includes Google AdSense code. Where advertising operates, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on earlier visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to deliver ads informed by visits across websites. Advertising services may also use identifiers, web beacons or IP addresses for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Ninotronix currently does not offer paid services, sponsored job listings or affiliate links. Third-party display advertising is separate from those activities.
Read our Cookie Policy for more information about browser storage and related technologies.
7. Advertising and browser choices
- Manage available Google personalised-ad preferences through My Ad Center.
- Explore participating advertising providers’ opt-out choices at YourAdChoices.
- Use browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data.
- For supported browsers, review Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on .
These controls have different scopes. They do not necessarily disable every request, remove information already collected or replace website consent controls where those controls are required.
Deleting cookies does not delete your Ninotronix account or stored resume.
8. Service providers and external websites
The services identified in our website setup include:
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- OpenAI: submitted resume analysis.
- Google services: analytics, tag management and advertising as described above.
Pages may also load fonts, company images or other resources from external servers. Loading those resources can disclose your IP address and request information to their providers.
If you apply for a job on an external employer’s website, information you submit there is governed by that website’s privacy practices. This notice does not describe or control those external application systems.
Connected providers may process information in countries other than your own. Processing locations and applicable arrangements depend on the service and configuration. Contact us if you need details before using a feature.
9. Storage and deletion requests
Ninotronix stores account information and uploaded resumes. Our current practice is to retain this information until the user requests deletion, rather than applying a stated automatic expiry period.
To request deletion, email support@ninotronix.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Specify whether the request concerns your account, a resume or other information.
Where possible, send the request from your registered email address. We may need to verify account ownership before acting to prevent unauthorised deletion.
Deleting information from Ninotronix does not, by itself, confirm deletion from a provider that previously received it. Provider records, logs and backups can have separate retention arrangements. Contact us to clarify the scope and status of your request.
This policy does not promise immediate deletion from every system or a single retention period for all technical records.
10. Access, corrections and other requests
You can contact us to ask about information associated with your account, request correction of inaccurate details or request deletion.
Depending on the laws applicable to your circumstances, you may also have rights concerning access, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, and the ability to complain to a relevant privacy authority.
Describe your request clearly without sending passwords or unnecessary identification documents. Requests must be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including any required response periods.
11. Account and information security
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect access to your account and avoid sending sensitive credentials in support messages.
If you suspect unauthorised access or exposure of your information through Ninotronix, contact support@ninotronix.com with relevant details.
12. Concerns about a young person’s information
If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a child has submitted personal information, contact us with enough detail to identify the relevant account or submission. Do not send additional sensitive information about the child unless it is needed to resolve the request.
13. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when website features or data-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Additional notice or consent may be required by applicable law for particular changes.
