Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack services.
- Create clean APIs with solid test coverage and enforce and elevate code quality, resiliency, and engineering standards across the engineering team.
- Prototype and deploy AI-powered features, including LLMs, RAG over hotel and content data, agentic automations, and intelligent assistants, to production.
- Define prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
- Measure and optimise the quality, latency, and cost of AI features in production.
- Integrate AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Copilot into daily workflows to increase developer and team productivity.
- Own features end-to-end, from definition and prioritisation based on key business goals through implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, channel managers, and AI/LLM providers.
- Own production services through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, debugging, and incident response.
