Python Backend Engineer

Design, build and own Python services (FastAPI/Django) that process and analyse large volumes of medical and legal documents

Build document-processing pipelines that turn messy, scanned records into reliable structured data

Design and maintain internal and third-party APIs that power case workflows, data pipelines and AI features

Work with the founders to turn user feedback into product decisions and ship them end to end

Improve reliability, performance and cost of backend systems as usage grows, including deployment on AWS

Contribute to architecture decisions and code reviews, and help set engineering standards as the team grows
