Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience working within software engineering or product development teams.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and platform operations, including servers, storage, virtualization, and backup technologies.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering multiple (3+) customer engagements involving end-to-end automation of infrastructure and application delivery in on-premises or hybrid cloud environments, leveraging DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges in a consulting or customer-facing environment and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative teams to design and build DevOps-centric platforms and solutions using modern technologies and tools.
- Provide engineering-level support for deployed solutions and platforms, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to acknowledge, prioritize, and respond promptly to customer requests, issues, and support inquiries.
