Incident Management & Support:
Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users, addressing incidents, system issues, and user queries related to the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Ensure that SLAs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Configuration & System Monitoring:
Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FICO modules. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure continuous, smooth operation of financial processes across the global organization.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within the SAP FICO landscape, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS). Perform root cause analysis and recommend/implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
User Training & Guidance:
Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FICO functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to empower users.
