Gen AI/ML Workflow Lead (5+)
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning development. • 5+ years experience with cloud AI services • Proven expertise in Python programming and machine learning frameworks. • Strong skills in data processing, feature engineering, and building scalable AI models. • Experience building agentic AI systems • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to design creative and effective solutions for complex challenges. • Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams. • A proactive attitude, a passion for learning and experimenting, and a desire to work on innovative projects. • A degree in computer science, data science, or a related field. • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda) is a bonus.
