Cloud Ops Architect (12+)
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and ideas for cloud operation optimization
- Execute and manage after-hours tasks, including SQL scripts and EC2 instance adjustments
- Validate and troubleshoot patches in production and non-production environments
- Support offshore and onshore/nearshore team collaboration for consultation and execution
**Required Skills:**
- **Database Management**: Experience executing DB scripts in SQL for releases and hotfixes
- **AWS Operations**: Proficiency in AWS SysOps, EC2 management, and resource optimization
- **System Administration**: Windows system management, patching, and remediation
- **DevOps Familiarity**: Experience with Python, Terraform, CI/CD tools (Ansible, Octopus, Tower)
- **Scripting and Automation**: Ability to script tasks and follow runbooks
- **Observability**: Knowledge of observability tools to create dashboards and alerts, automate responses, and ensure system reliability
