  4. Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
  5. Technical competency
  6. The ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
  7. Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  8. A meticulous and organized approach to work
