BCS Prod Ops Support Engineer (NM+)
To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:

Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

Experience of Microsoft Azure & Office 365 platform services.

Experience of Exchange online and On Prem.

Experience of Proofpoint.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
-
M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).

Experience on Office 365 Admin Centre.

Working knowledge of the M365 Product Suite including Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.

Scripting capability, including PowerShell.
-
Experience using monitoring and backup tools such as Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik.
-
Good to have knowledge of Copilot, Cyber Resiliency and Splunk cloud.
-
GCP as a recovery platform.
