Responsibilities include:
Planning & Execution:
- Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones & success metrics
- Develop & maintain project plans, schedules & documentation
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
- Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.
- Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner.
Risk Management:
- Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
- Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
