Key Responsibilities

  • . Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written . Responsible for program design, testing, debugging and documentation . Assigns personnel to projects and directs their activities . Provides input for decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc ) . Mentors other Software Analyst personnel . Participates in the performance evaluation process and career planning for subordinates . Maintains service level agreements and provides a point of contact for reporting problems . Works with Sales and Project Management in identifying task and schedule requirements . Performs specific aspects of assigned projects . Actively participates in user groups, presents papers and presentations at conferences . Makes recommendations to management regarding domain direction . Leads and participate in department or corporate initiatives . 
  • Supervises Software Analyst - Associate, Software Analyst and Software Analyst - Senior

  • Three to five years consulting experience preferred
