Tech Site Reliability Engineer (NM+)
You are:
• Quick learner able to adapt to new tools and processes
• Proactive, able to identify issues and work independently without supervision
• Focused on delivering tasks on time while maintaining quality
• Capable of working on both Incidents and Project-related tasks in parallel
• Stays calm and keeps focused under pressure
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge on Unix environments
• Expertise in scripting languages like Bash, Python or PowerShell
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills: able to decompose high complexity issues and identify root causes
• Overall 8+ years IT development with at least 5 years of experience in SRE, Developer, System Administrator or DevOps role
• Able to drive projects tasks with multiple deliverables across different teams
Good to have:
• Experience supporting monitoring agents and tools (Grafana Stack, AppDynamics, Splunk or BigPanda)
• Experience with SDLC, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Azure DevOps
• Experience working with automation tools (Ansible, Amelia)
• Knowledge about Cloud or Hybrid environments (Azure preferred)
• Willingness to participate in On-call Support
• Experienced with SRE best practices
