Position Responsibilities

• Define and validate system requirements, design, and architecture that effectively meet stakeholder needs and comply with relevant regulatory standards.
• Execute system safety assessments with proficiency, providing compliant evidence in accordance with ARP 4761.
• Capture requirements for safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, security, certification, and product assurance.
• Support stage gate reviews such as System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR), ensuring thorough evaluation.
• Collaborate efficiently and respectfully with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, interfaces, and resolve technical challenges.
• Participates in hardware and software integration, review and approve detailed test procedures (DTP and traceability) for system-level requirements, and support software/hardware teams during functional testing.
• Adopts recommended practices for compliance with ARP4754, DO254, DO178 and DO160 standards.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to all stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or related field) or higher.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test within Safety-Critical or Aerospace domains.
• Experience in aircraft Cabin and Galley Systems.
