Design implement and maintain Splunk ITSI services KPIs glass tables and correlation searches.

Configure and manage Splunk Synthetic Monitoring to simulate user journeys and proactively detect performance issues.

Deploy and optimize Splunk Observability Cloud (APM Infrastructure Monitoring RUM Log Observer).

Develop custom dashboards alerts and reports to support IT operations and business stakeholders.

Integrate Splunk with various data sources including cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) on-prem systems and third-party tools.

Collaborate with DevOps SRE and application teams to define monitoring strategies and SLAs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion parsing and visualization.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Splunk engineers and analysts.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT operations monitoring or observability roles.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Splunk including ITSI and Observability Suite.

Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring concepts user journey simulation and performance baselining.

Proficiency in search processing language (SPL) and creating complex queries and dashboards.

Experience with APM tools infrastructure monitoring and log aggregation.

Familiarity with cloud-native environments microservices and containerized applications (Kubernetes Docker).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
