Domain Support Specialist (NM+)
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of Computer Science/Information Systems & Telecom
Python and Shell scripting experience
Knowledge of Linux OS (Red Hat preferred)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Optional: Java, ActiveMQ, Nagios (Monitoring tool)
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end system architecture understanding and operational support
System health monitoring & improvement planning
Automation, scripting enhancements, and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc)
Incident/problem analysis, RCA, and issue documentation
Release deployment, log analysis, and proactive troubleshooting
Interaction with business teams on daily operational issues
Creation/update of MOPs and adherence to SOP-based maintenance
Available for shift job across 24*7
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Self-driven, team-oriented, and able to work in matrix environments
Capable of supporting network solution development and presentations
