The Cloud DevOps and Product Enablement role is responsible for driving successful deployment and operation of major Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS and GCP) using ServiceNow platform and related cloud management products
Lead product deployment and improve ongoing automation in the cloud environment using ServiceNow Platform and related products
Hands-on delivery of ServiceNow capabilities (cloud automation, cost optimization etc.) to customer zero to drive outcomes and value realization
Hands-on delivery and integration of ServiceNow platform and 3rd-party security products to measure and protect cloud-based systems and data.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure efficient and reliable product adoption and delivery
Work closely with cross-functional teams within DT (Digital Technology) to deliver cloud solutions at scale
Contribute to thought leadership and point-of-view documents, white papers, knowledge base articles, and other documentation to make information about ServiceNow GenAI capabilities more accessible to the broader organization
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in building complex cloud-native products and platform
Working experience and solid understanding of ServiceNow platform
Hands-on experience in managing large cloud environments and solid understanding of cloud concepts and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc.)
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitHub etc.) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Working knowledge of full-stack development
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and certifications (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
Experience administering Linux/Windows Operating System
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
