Responsibilities: 
•    Lead and mentor a team of Network DevOps engineers in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure using DevOps principles and best practices. 
•    Collaborate closely with network architects, software developers, and operations teams to define strategic objectives and roadmap for network automation and orchestration initiatives. 
•    Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of network devices and services. 
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline network operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. 
•    Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automating network configuration changes, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery. 
•    Establish and enforce best practices for network security, compliance, and governance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. 
•    Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership in troubleshooting network-related issues, leveraging automation tools and monitoring systems to ensure timely resolution of incidents. 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Network DevOps team, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. 
•    Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team, promoting knowledge sharing, skill development, and career growth opportunities. 
•    Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the value of network automation and orchestration initiatives. 
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications/skills 
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
•    Relevant years of experience in network engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles, with a focus on network automation and orchestration. 
•    Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a passion for inspiring and guiding teams towards success. 
•    Strong proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, SDN, and cloud networking. 
•    Expertise in automation frameworks and tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform, with a focus on network automation. 
•    Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. 
•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. 
•    Solid understanding of network security principles, including access control, encryption, authentication, and compliance.
