Compensation- INR 20,000/- per month for the initial three months of training, INR 4 lacs per annum upon confirmation

Job Requirements

• Responsible for service request/ incident management in 24×7 cloud operations
• Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management
• Responsible for CSP Customers & subscriptions
• Responsible for handling On-Call duties
• Contribute to internal process improvement.

Qualifications

• B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT
• Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester
• No current backlogs
• Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
• Good Presentation and documentation skills are a plus.
• Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US Shift)
