What you will do:
• MOP and service delivery documentation preparation
• Product deployment, configuration and solution verification
• Support system or new solution launch for customer contract
• Troubleshooting by reproducing issues in lab, cause analysis and following
• Study PC/MRD in each customer’s business flow
• Feedback to RND on product improvement and product quality assurance
• Catch up product update release over release
• Continuously enhancement on delivery efficiency by automation
• Tier2 support and 7*24 hotline for live site emergency handling (optional)
You will bring:
• 2+ years’ experience of System Integration and/or SW product support
• Daily working experience on Linux operation, familiar with SUSE or RHEL
• Have Network trouble-shooting experience, practice on TCP/IP/HTTP, familiar with OpenSSL/HTTPs
• Knowledge of Vitalization and Cloud Native, have working practice on KVM, VMware, CEE/OpenStack, Kubernetes etc
• Good Script experience and practice on Python, Shell, or Perl etc
• Working experience on DB practice like PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Understand Telecom Network, including Core, Radio or Access Network
• Understand JAVA or C++, be able to read JAVA, Node.JS code(Optional)
• Understand LDAP/Diameter /SNMP (Optional)
• Have customer solution design experience like HLD, LLD, TOL etc (Optional)
