The role supports the ongoing run and management of the Arm Identity platform including:

• Management and ongoing development of directories across AD, LDAP, Entra ID.
• Working with engineering on developing and supporting new authentication standards such as SPIFFE and Vault.
• Support the migration of legacy identity platforms to a newer automation first platform.
• Extend the Arm identity platform to support our platforms across all of the Hyperscalers utilised within Arm.
• Configure and run Entra ID roles, groups, policies, conditional access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and identity protection.
• Integrate identity as a key foundation in our end to end automation and observability platform.
• Proactively identify, assess and enhance new identity technologies as part of Arm Identity platform roadmap.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for authentication workflows.
• Implement AIOps practices to increase system reliability, performance, and security.
• Working alongside the O365 specialist, configuring changes in the O365 environment.
• Write and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for technical teams and end users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 yrs of experience in Entra ID cloud, and its extension to other cloud environments.
• Experience of implementing new authentication processes such as SPIFFE.
• Consistent track record in the management of identity for non-human workloads.
• At least 18 months experience of scripting and automation in a cloud and on premise environment.
• Good understanding and experience of Entra ID and its related services and features.
• Experience in configuring and handling Microsoft Entra Connect, B2B, Azure services.
• Track record of working in a Dev Ops environment.
