We are looking for a Manual Tester (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates , who are eager to develop their career in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Manual testing, be detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing of software applications, ensuring they meet the functional and technical requirements.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases, document results, and raise defects. Ensure proper defect tracking and timely reporting.
• Test Documentation: Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications and user requirements.
• Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects in the defect management system, providing detailed steps for reproduction and relevant information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the software meets the highest quality standards.
• Communication: Clearly communicate test results and issues to development and project teams in a concise and actionable manner.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Freshers with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Testing courses are mandatory.

Technical Skills: 

• Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus (e.g., test case creation, bug reporting).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in software or processes.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the field of quality assurance.
