Cloud Support Engineer (5+)
What you will accomplish:

Enable eBay native cloud adoption by providing expert support, solutions, and best practices to developers.

Work collaboratively with cloud engineers to triage and resolve complex system issues.

Translate user feedback and requirements into actionable improvements for the cloud platform.

Utilize GenAI to develop tools and automation for cloud administration.

Champion DevOps culture and principles, prioritizing automation to maintain a high level of reliability and efficiency.
What you will bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, schedulers, operating systems, and Kubernetes.

Proficient in programming with Go, Python, or other relevant languages, with demonstrated experience in building automation tools and solutions using GenAI.

Expert in troubleshooting and quickly debugging complex issues in distributed systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a high-pressure environment, consistently driving for results.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of DevOps and continuous automation.
