• Support day-to-day AI Platform support and perform BAU activities
• Ensure the platform feature availability and capability is enabled at all times
• Perform CI/CD pipeline updates using Azure Devops and Terraform pipeline to promote platform features into Nonprod and PROD environments
• Maintain and track the backlog of BAU requests, enhancements, and incident resolutions; ensure timely follow-up and stakeholder updates.
• Manage and update RAID logs.
• Support change request lifecycle – from intake to impact assessment, implementation, and documentation.
• Help coordinate the governance approvals for BAU deployments.
• Work with teams to ensure governance standards, documentation, and processes are followed.

• Provide support to Domain Leads, Hive Leads, Hive Tech Leads, Hive Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and workstream leads to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that programme/projects follow the Bank’s NWOW standards, processes, and governance.
