Summary: As a Modernization Engineer, you will engage in the design and implementation of agile and cost-effective hosting solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to build and test scalable, high-performance hosting solutions that cater to the demands of contemporary corporate and digital applications. You will work with both private and public cloud technologies, focusing on the transformation and migration of legacy infrastructure to achieve next-generation business outcomes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Experience with cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Ability to implement and manage DevOps tools and practices to streamline workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
