A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. • You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. • Design and Implement OCI Solutions: Architect, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while meeting business requirements. • DevOps Pipeline Management: Build, test, and deploy CI/CD pipelines using OCI DevOps services and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab to enable continuous integration and delivery. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate the provisioning and management of OCI resources. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize OCI infrastructure for cost-efficiency, performance, and resource utilization by leveraging native OCI monitoring tools. • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices such as Identity Access Management (IAM), encryption, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with industry standards. • Automation and Troubleshooting: Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability. • Hands-On with Modern Technologies: Utilize containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes, manage hybrid cloud environments, and integrate third-party tools into OCI workflows for enhanced functionality.
