Operational

• Absolutely must be a self-starter with a high degree of experimentation through exploration.
• Takes the initiative to break current solutions down so they can be built back up better than they were.
• Practical exposure with automation tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet.
• Deep level of knowledge for at least one public cloud service offerings (IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS services) and will to work across public cloud server offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Infrastructure as Software (IaC, Container Orchestration, Observability, CI/CD)
• Modern security practices and modern API platform design.
• 2+ years of application support experience (including production) with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft IIS7.5, better if Windows 2012 and IIS 8.0
• 3+ years of experience working with and a good understanding of concepts and supporting technology for one of the following areas:  
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Networking & Virtualization.
• Knowledge of the Docker & Kubernetes.
• Demonstrates good understanding of complex problem troubleshooting techniques in application environment and in relation to hosting infrastructure and engineering area.
• Ability to formulate and recommend technical direction for OS / Hardware / Applications related activities for the project teams in collaboration with other IT organizations within US Information Technology Services.
• Demonstrates a good understanding of performance tuning and optimization including the identification of performance related issues.

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Qualifications

·Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

·2-3 years of experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
