Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end observability solutions across applications and infrastructure. Leverage APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and DataDog to monitor application performance and user experience. Utilize infrastructure monitoring platforms like Grafana, Amazon CloudWatch, and ElasticSearch for telemetry and log analytics. Integrate and manage log aggregation and analysis using Splunk, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch Logs. Collaborate with development, operations, and SRE teams to define observability standards and KPIs. Enable proactive incident detection and root cause analysis through advanced monitoring and alerting strategies. Drive automation and self-healing capabilities using observability insights.

• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge • Client Interfacing skills • Project and Team management

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with APM tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, DataDog. Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring: Grafana, CloudWatch, ElasticSearch. Expertise in log analytics and telemetry: Splunk, ELK Stack, CloudWatch Logs. Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Experience in setting up dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection mechanisms. Familiarity with observability in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
