What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement the cloud infrastructure that supports Blackbaud’s hosted applications and services
• Build automation leveraging CI/CD processes, automated testing, unit testing, code coverage and other software development best practices
• Optimize the platform performance through analyzing server performance analysis and diagnostic logs
• Implement cloud security measures and controls in alignment with industry standard best practice and compliance requirements 
• Regularly assess and remediate vulnerabilities and threats to the cloud infrastructure using automation 
• Partner with key stakeholders to establish technical direction and negotiate technical decision points to drive innovative and modern solutions  
• Maintain detailed documentation of data flow, infrastructure architecture and standard operating procedures 

What you’ll do:

• 2 + years' experience in platform engineering with a focus on cloud solutions (Azure & AWS) 
• Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models 
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation 
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices 
• Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities; Available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production impacting incidents or key customer events. 
  • Ability to meet standards of quality, security and operability.
