Foundational skills
- Experience systems support and analysis experience
- Experience in administration or development of CI-CD tools - including Bit Bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, XLR and Sonar
- Experience in working with Enterprise Linux and MS Windows Server (preferred) in an administrative capacity
- Experience with WebSphere or tomcat administration
- Experience years technical Systems architecture & design
- Strong Production Support experience with ability to independently triage incidents, provide detailed root cause analysis along with Change/Problem Management experience
- Exposure and familiarity with application development lifecycle methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate/present to all levels of the organization, including executive management
- Willing to work in flexible shifts and on weekends/holidays (with comp-offs)
