In this role, you will:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GCP Cloud and DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage infrastructure automation

• and CI/CD pipelines for applications deployed on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, GCE, MIGs, VPC, Terraform, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools,

• with a strong focus on infrastructure automation, security, and scalability.

• This role involves setting up organizational landing zones, managing cloud resources, and ensuring seamless deployment and 

  monitoring of applications.

   

   

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and Jenkins for applications deployed on GKE in Private VPCs.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management for Managed Instance Groups and Kubernetes clusters. 

   

• Create and configure VPC Networks, Service and Host Projects, VPN connectivity, Firewalls, IAM roles, and GCS Buckets.

• Establish secure and scalable cloud environments for organizational workloads.

   

• Develop Terraform scripts for creating and managing cloud resources such as Projects, Service Accounts, Custom Roles,

• Role Bindings, GCS Buckets, GCE Instances, GKE Clusters, Cloud SQL (Postgres), Load Balancers, DNS, KMS Keys, Custom Log Metrics, and Alerting.

   

• Utilize Jenkins, Git, Helm, Kubernetes, etc. for application deployment, security scanning, and documentation.

• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

   

• Configure IAM roles, policies, and permissions to ensure secure access to cloud resources.

• Manage networking components such as VPC's, Firewalls, and DNS for secure and reliable connectivity

   

• Set up logging and monitoring solutions for cloud resources and applications using custom log metrics and alerting mechanisms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Compute, Kubernetes, Storage, Networking, Security, IAM, Logging, and Monitoring.

• Proficiency in Terraform for application infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management

   

• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Ansible.

   

• Knowledge of VPC Networks, VPNs, Firewalls, IAM, and KMS keys.

   

  • Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
