Summery: We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Salesforce delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation, who can drive deployment excellence and operational efficiency across Salesforce implementations. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects using tools like, Github, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.. • Manage source control using Git and enforce branching strategies and code quality standards. • Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments. • Automate environment provisioning, metadata deployments, and sandbox refreshes. • Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues, ensuring high availability and performance. • Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and configurations. • Support release planning and version control across multiple Salesforce environments. Professional & Technical Skills: • 4–6 years of experience in DevOps roles, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce DevOps. • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, • Good to have - Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or SFDX CLI. • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and environment management. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like JIRA or Rally. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps skills - This position is out of Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
