Required Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications preferred: MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS SysOps Administrator.
Experience
- 5+ years in Windows Server and VMware administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell).
- Exposure to monitoring and incident management tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 support environments and on-call rotations.
