In this role, you’re expected to:

• Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
• Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 Years of hands-on experience in "DevOps" Engineering.
• Infrastructure as Code(IaC) Management Tools: Expertise of "Ansible",
• Nice to have experience in Terraform/ Chef or Puppet.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management Tools: Expertise in Lightspeed, "Jenkins", "GitLab" CI, Azure DevOps OR similar platforms
• Automation scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like "Bash", Korn-shell OR "Python"
• System Administration: Understanding of Linux operating systems and network concepts
• Containerization: Knowledge of building and configuring containers using tools like Openshift, "Docker" OR "Kubernetes"
• IT Service Management: Experience using ServiceNow’s Change, Incident and Change Management modules.
• Project Management: Good understanding of how to use JIRA to track Tasks assigned.
  • Professional certification on Kubernetes or DevOps is preferred .
