· 5+ years of working experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and processes to enhance information sharing and collaboration across the organization
· Manage and maintain the company's SharePoint sites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
· Collaborate with various departments to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
· Create and maintain a centralized repository of organizational knowledge, including policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
· Promote knowledge sharing through the organization's business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems.
· Provide training and support to employees on the use of knowledge management tools and systems.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
