Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage DevSecOps practices and methodologies within the organization.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting incident investigations and providing remediation plans.
- Implement and manage security tools and technologies such as DAST, SAST, and container security.
- Automate security controls and processes to ensure consistent and efficient security practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and perform code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in implementing secure DevOps practices.
- Conduct security awareness training for development and operations teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain APM and ELK-based solutions for log management, monitoring, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and implement automation and continuous integration/delivery solutions.
- Manage and prioritize project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELK stack deployments and configurations.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management roles.
Strong experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices and Project Manager role for 3 years.
Proficiency with the Dynatrace, or ELK & APM tool stack (like Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
In-depth knowledge of system administration, Linux operating systems, and networking.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure. GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
