Service Delivery Excellence
- Oversee and operate the day-to-day operations of the end-user computing environment.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Implement robust processes and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate service risks.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct regular service reviews and provide comprehensive reporting.
- Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
