Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
5 to 7 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, with a focus on Service Management;
Experience configuring Jira projects, automation and dashboards;
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks (e.g., ITIL);
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for delivering solutions with minimal oversight.
