As a Senior Support API Expert, having Apigee API Management is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Apigee X will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good knowledge on Apigee Hybrid /Axway/IBM API Gateway/SAG API Gateway/Mulesoft API.. etc., Linux, Kubernetes, NGINX, AKS , OpenShift, Azure & GCP. Need to have knowledge on any ticketing tool like ServiceNow. Good knowledge on logging & monitoring technology/tools like fluentd, Splunk, File beat, Prometheus, Grafana. Good understanding of nosql DB technology/tools Cassandra, MongoDB. Good to have knowledge on CI/CD, Automation tools Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Zabbix and Automic etc. knowledge on Spring boot, API development and F5-BigIP is a plus. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
