How you will do it

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 support for Linux environments, including user account management and system configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain and monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve system-related problems.
  • Document and track support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Linux operating systems and related software.
  • Participate in training and mentoring users on Linux best practices.


What we look for
Required

  • 0-1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Preferred

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and user support processes.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
