What you will do:

Should have strong Technical Skills on SIP and Microsoft 365 services.
Should have strong understanding on Quality of Service (QoS), TCP/IP and Network communications.
Should have worked in Agile/DevOps ways of working and understand ISMS Controls Implementation
Should have understanding on Oracle and SQL db.
Should have an understanding on bringing the Automation ideas in the ways of working
Should understand ITIL incident, problem, and change management practices, working to defined service level agreements. Also, responsible for reporting, vendor management, asset management.
Flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities, Ability to work in 24X7 shifts culture.
Designing, implementing including Installing, configuring, and supporting on related services of Teams/Skype for Business.
Understanding and Mitigation approach on vulnerability of Skype/Teams Application End Points and Infra nodes.
Must be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Responsible for the operation and management of Ericsson Skype/Teams Application Services and infrastructure.
Will play a vital role in the standardization and simplification of Ericsson Skype/Teams Application
Team with peer IT groups in delivering IT services to the firm as defined by management
Proactive issue management, working with vendors on-site at remote locations, site certification and profiling, network troubleshooting, new site onboarding, monitoring of Teams Live Events, customer training.
Help work with other teams and customers to coordinate projects, timelines, and integration of systems
Liaison with local and regional IT services and / or facilities management
Provide recommendations regarding improvement and enhancements of the systems environment
Keep all documentation current and create necessary documentation.

Key Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in the unified communications - teams application & Video services
