Job Description:

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with teams for effective implementation of recovery solutions.
Conduct regular assessments and updates to ensure the preparedness of our IT systems for potential disaster scenarios.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Evaluate vendor capabilities and performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and contract terms.
Foster productive relationships with vendors to facilitate efficient and effective disaster recovery operations.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and progress of disaster recovery projects.
Act as a point of contact for any IT disaster recovery-related queries or concerns within the organization.

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in IT disaster recovery, and project management.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and applications, as well as related disaster recovery principles and best practices.
Proven experience in conducting DR planning & testing.
Project management experience is highly desirable.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
