Role Description & Responsibilities

As part of this team, you will be responsible for the Dassault Systemes Cloud Support for world wide data centres 24*7. This team manages and maintains the WW Cloud environments and are also responsible for the success of our customers.

Help L2/L3 teams through a series of actions, via either phone/mobile, email or chat, until resolution.
Open to work in 24*7 shift environment with rotational weekend work.
You will be working on LINUX, UNIX Scripting and related technologies for monitoring and maintaining the cloud platforms and services.
Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers both local and remote.

Qualifications

0 to 2 years of experience with Bachelors/ Masters of Computer Science Engineering
Primary Skills: Good knowledge in UNIX, LINUX, preferred to have knowledge on Cloud Technology (AWS).
Basics of Databases, networking and shell/python scripting
