Day-to-day, you'll:

Own and create the platform technical road map with the right architecture, solutions and commercial value
Apply Agile methods to the development of software on the backlog
Have people management responsibilities of engineering teams onshore and offshore and support recruitment, management of talent and performance
Deliver intentional architecture and formulate emergent design through innovative ideas, experimentation and prototyping
Design and develop software with focus on the automation of build, test and deployment activities, using executable patterns
