Update training and architectural documentation

Assist the team with clearing a backlog of use cases related to automation

Perform application maintenance, with a focus on automation.  Examples:

Develop scripts to monitor logs or other sources to ensure scalable, efficient and reliable operation of applications

Script the packaging of diagnostic data (logs, etc.) and transferring the data to vendors.

Participate in Security vulnerabilities assessment and remediation

Orchestrate Change Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (high proficiency)

Attention to detail

Minimum 5 years hands on experience in an SRE role

Demonstrated experience with SRE Stack:

Monitoring (zabbix/datadog/dynatrace/grafana/prometheus)

Developer tools (ansible/github/gitlab/postman) + collaboration (Confluence/Jira)

Data aggregation and analytics: ELK/Splunk – data ingestion and dashboard development

Software Knowledge: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office 365 Suite

OS: Linux, Windows, Solaris

DB: Oracle, MySQL

SSDLC & Security by Design

Network knowledge L2/L3, IP segments (Tool: Wireshark)

Advanced scripting knowledge: Bash, Python, Perl

Basic integration concepts: SOAP XML, REST APIs

Preferred qualifications:

Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in a Computer Science or Engineering Related Discipline
