What you will do
Maintenance and administration of networks and related support systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to systems and networks
Participate in off hours maintenance activities, be “On-Call”, during which the employee is responsible for answering Network related calls on their cell phone; calls are treated as emergencies and must be handled immediately
Implementation of complex network infrastructure solutions
Create and maintain IT documentation
What experience you need
BS or Associate's Degree/Technical Certification or equivalent job experience required
2-5 years experience in networking and related support systems
Demonstrated knowledge in IP network support and networking concepts such as TCP/UDP Protocols, ICMP, VLANS, routing, subnetting, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with routers, switches, and load balancers
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various network tools (SolarWinds, etc.)
Availability to participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation and have the ability to work flexible hours as needed including nights and weekends as required to complete projects and configuration changes without impacting business hours
