Minimum 5 years of cloud experience, preferably in AWS or Azure.
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in cloud engineering.
Possess one or more certifications: (AWS/Azure Certification at the associate level or higher)
Possess deep and broad knowledge and experience in general IT and public cloud, including Networking, Infrastructure, Security, Storage, Operating Systems (Linux/Windows).
Experience with cloud infrastructure as code tooling.
Proficiency in server OS, including Windows and/or Linux.
Strong skills in Python and PowerShell/Bash scripting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and bridge gaps between technical and non-technical team members.
Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery solutions, architecture, and tools.
Embody a cloud-first mindset, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud computing best practices, including architecture, scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Willingness to develop an understanding of Thomson Reuters products, architecture, and associated costs.
Experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation for diverse technical audiences to ensure supportability and reusability.
