Understanding of networking concept like TCP/IP, Firewall, DMZ,VPN, Load Balancing etc.
Server installation, configuration, upgradation and troubleshooting
Monitoring Server environment
DNS replication issues, ADFS issues
Vmware trouble shooting, monitoring and installation
ESX server installation and configuration.
Vulnerability Management, Patch Management (Tools like Qualys, SCCM)
Knowledge of Veeam Backup software
Ready to work in Shifts 24x7 and monitor environment
SCCM environment knowledge and trouble shooting.
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Knowledge of Azure environment or certification
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud, Global and local infrastructure.
Mentor team members on technical issues.
Communicate with users when needed.
Suggest improvements to server performance, capacity and scalability.
