Where you will make an impact 

• You will participate in the development and testing of new solutions for the next generation of Higher Education Reporting and Analytics products as a member of a creative, agile development team building solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Actively participate in agile development ceremonies (daily stand ups, refinement, sprint reviews, planning, retrospectives)
• Collaborate with peers in debugging, streamlining, and troubleshooting issues
• Incorporate industry best practices and influence team standards to enhance maintainability and extensibility
• Engage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies and functionality
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Developers, and Architects to determine the optimum user interface design, workflow, and functionality

What you will bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing continuous integration, continuous delivery DevOps solutions
• Hands on experience working with either AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) like Terraform (preferred), Chef, Puppet
• Proficient in a scripting language like Unix shell scripting (preferred), Ruby, Python or Java
• Experience with automation and orchestration using tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Git
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog (preferred), CloudWatch
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies such as virtualization, storage, and network domains in a cloud service model
• Experience working in an Agile Delivery environment
• Familiar with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge on Zapp pipeline and processes is an added advantage
• Experience developing applications using React, Node.js or other modern JavaScript framework is an advantage
• Collaborates with the team to brainstorm technical challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
